So, "Where in the lilly livered hell have you been, Matt?" is the question of the day I bet. Well, let me explain what happened. I needed a longer break then I originally thought. Life was burning me out. My computer went to shit, and then my car decided to crap itself, at least tire wise. Now, everything is getting somewhat better.
I have a new home computer, so I will be blogging more, esepcally now that I feel more social again.
Well, I also have more news...
I am endorsing someone in the presidential race. I hope those of you who know me really well are sitting down for this...
Yes, I am FULLY on board with Barack Obama. He's actually done something that I thought a lot of candidates forgot a long time ago...ACTUAL solutions. You know, because we have problems and stuff, that's much more than health care.
Yes, I also am rooting for John McCain...mostly because I want these idiots to STFU for good...
and of course...
Let me get on a side track for a second here...I USED to have respect for Sean Hannity until the Sith Lord (Karl Rove) forced Kool-Aid down his throat. Now, he's nothing more than a Republican sheep, working on the biased network. So, snooze on oh great android of the right, knowing you have lost the respect of thousands of Americans.
On to other issues.
I have had a bout with depression again, but things are going pretty well with that. I'm picking up the pieces and moving on. As far as the love life. I have made a decision. To not make a choice right now. More on that later.
Surging crowds and sharpening barbs preceded the climax of the New Hampshire primary campaign, as Democrat Barack Obama sought to hand Hillary Rodham Clinton her second defeat while Republican Mitt Romney worked furiously to avoid one himself.
Fire marshals from Manchester south to Salem and east to Exeter had to shut the doors to each of Obama's five rallies on Sunday, as crowds flocked to see the Illinois senator who took a step last week toward becoming the first black president with a decisive win in the Iowa caucuses.
"Something is stirring in the air, New Hampshire, something is going on," Obama said in Keene, where more people crammed into an overflow auditorium than could fit in the high school cafeteria where he appeared.
Clinton, the New York senator and former first lady trying to become the first female president, accused Obama of being behind a series of automated calls that said she was trashing his abortion rights record. She also sought to revive her campaign by casting Obama _ with less than one term in Congress — as long on rhetoric but short on substance.
"You campaign in poetry, you govern in prose," Clinton told a raucous rally in Nashua.
Obama seems to be the man.
People are really interested in change this year, and I feel as though he is going to not just win the Democratic nomination, but DESTROY any Republican who challenges him.
What does this election seem to be about? Change.
We're tired of George Bush and the way he has ran this country into the ground for the last eight years. We're tired of a do-nothing Congress (which changed from Republican to Democrat and still have had very little results). We're tired of the status-quo.
This election has the potential to be a full revolution. Both parties need to see this now, if they want to keep their power.
Am I on the Obama bandwaggon? No, not quite. I do enjoy some of his ideas, but not all of them.
The main idea I enjoy from him is his healthcare reform. He knows that socialized medicine is NOT going to work in this country.
On the Republican side, Mitt Romney seems to be gaining support.
On the airwaves, at a town hall meeting and later, in the second of two weekend debates, Romney worked with equal ferocity to avoid going 0-for-2 in Iowa and New Hampshire.
"Washington is fundamentally broken, and one of the reasons I'm running for president is that I believe that my lifetime of work in the private sector, and in the voluntary sector, and as a governor, has taught me how to bring about fundamental change," Romney said during a Fox News Channel forum at St. Anselm College.
McCain replied: "All I can say is that I also had experience in leadership, not in management. I led the largest squadron in the U.S. Navy, not for profit, but for patriotism."
On the Republican side, McCain had 34 percent, up from 27 percent in mid-December, while Romney had 30 percent, down from 34 percent. Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee was third with 13 percent, while Rep. Ron Paul of Texas and former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani were tied at 8 percent. No other candidate, including former Tennessee Sen. Fred Thompson, who conceded Sunday he was focusing on South Carolina rather than New Hampshire, was above 3 percent.
Both surveys had a margin of error of 4.4 percentage points, a small enough gap to consider the GOP race tied.
Huckabee, looking ahead to the Florida primary, campaigned in New Hampshire with state House Speaker Marco Rubio and state Rep. David Rivera. Florida's primary, on Jan. 29, follows the Jan. 19 South Carolina GOP primary.
There is no one on the Republican side to get excited about. I was on the Ron Paul wagon for a while, but after listening to him, he's starting to sound like every other Republican.
Sure, he is against Iraq...
But, they shove religion down my throat on the Republican side, and have pretty much lost me.
So, who is out there that can garner my vote? Let's look at some of the third party guys...
Yes, I belong to the Libertarian Party.
This is Wayne Allyn Root
If you want to read up on what his beliefs are...then click here.
In second place in the LP...
This is Micheal Jingozian...former Green Party candidate now in the LP..
More Proof You Can Take the Trash out of the Trailer, but Not the Trailer out of the Trash
Posted on 2008-Jan-7 at 08:05
Yes, I'm broken...yes, I'm going to lower myself to talk about her. Mostly out of outrightly rooting for her to off herself though. Yes, I'm talking about Britney Spears.
You know, this idiot...
(yes, I know that is a parody, but it's too damn funny not to put up)
Well, why I am breaking down to talk about her?
Because apparently, like all other trailer trash that have an education no higher than 3rd grade, the Spears' with all their money that could afford to get the best help in the world, turns to....
Yes, Dr. Phil.
Yes, they could afford someone a bit more educated and experienced, but they call on Dr. Phil. That phony TV doctor, to "save Britney". I'm here to say that Britney would be better off just killing herself. Now, why do I say that?
No, it's not being callus and mean (ok, I admit, I'd love to see the video Chris Crocker puts out on this one), however, you cannot get out of a hole by digging, and that's what she has done.
It's painfully obvious that she's bipolar, or at least manically depressed. This I can talk about from personal experience. It will take forever to rebuild, but it can be done. That's not why she should kill herself.
Let me stop here, I don't mean kill herself as in...her dying. I'd be happy if she would, but that's not what I mean. What I mean by her "killing herself" is to basically change everything about her. She is going to have to go from borderline porn star to someone who has respect for herself.
This is what the trailer trash, and let's be honest that is what Britney and her family are in a nutshell, doesn't get. Britney can change, but she has to want to. Dr. Phil, her mother, her slut sister, her crackhead ex-husband, anyone can't change her. She has to WANT TO CHANGE if she doesn't...well, enjoy this album, Britney fans, because this will be the last one she makes alive.
If Britney doesn't change soon, she WILL be dead by the end of the year, mark my words. The same goes for Lohan as well.
I say, send them to me. I'll reform them completely. Under me they will learn the full meaning of submission and servitude. Under me, they will have a purpose in life. Plus, I understand that both of them enjoy sex, and will be allowed to keep their self-indulgence in that area.
This girl knows what I am talking about...
Under me, they would learn the ways of LaVey Satanism, and would be more than happy to spread the word. They will become perfect solders in my Army of Darkness. They will learn about the real world, and why they need to change.
I am finally back from everything. I needed a break for some inspiration. I took my vacation and did as little as possible. Nothing could have made me happier, or so I thought. Granted, I needed to recharge my batteries, but then my brain wanted to say hello, and started thinking. So, now I'm in a funk again. Oh well, at least my creativity is back.
Well, this is the new blog look. This is "An Evening with El Diablo." The background is one of my favorite HR Geiger paintings. Well, let's see how this goes. I am back at work, and honestly, it's about time.
Well, here is today's Music Video...a Finnish band called Nightwish, with their former lead singer, Tarja Turunen singing the classic "The Phantom of the Opera" Tajra is AMAZING. I love operatic metal, and she is probably one of the best lead singers I have EVER heard. I love the live version of this song.
I decided to take Thanksgiving off from blogging. I needed a break from life period. Many of you saw me online, and I'm glad you did. However, over the weekend, I didn't do much but clean and think about life. I'm not beating myself up, nor will I ever again. However, I just keep thinking about how bitter I am towards the world.
I'm bitter at a lot of things...the way I was shunned in High School, the ways I was picked on and all the death threats, and for no reason. Why would anyone tell a 13 year old they were going to kill them, without any provocation? The way I have wrecked my life. I spent two years drunk off my ass, I have dropped out of college. I am not proud of these things, yet, I do not regret any of it. These are life experiences that you can never replace. I couldn't if I wanted to.
Don't think that means if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change anything. I'd at least stay in school. Maybe stood up for myself a ton more.
Yet, why do I want to be accepted by this world? Look at the violence and the poverty? Look at the bullshit in the world. Motorhead asked if God was blind? The answer is, if he exists then he has to be. How could any entity that claims it loves us make us suffer, and for what?
I try to be charitable, yes, even I have a heart. I see the pictures of the third world, and it really destroys me that good people are dealt such shitty hands, while we have corrupt people in power? Why would I want to be accepted in a world that turns the other way when they see someone in need? We step over the homeless every day, as the rich and powerful look down their noses at the world.
It's time we all helped. It's time that we gave a hand out to those who need it. Because one day, you might need that hand.
When kids hear Santa Claus bellow, "Ho, ho, ho," is their first thought prostitution?
That concern has prompted an attempt to gag the traditional greeting, and many Santas are now fighting back.
According to the Sydney Daily Telegraph, Santas across Australia are rebelling against attempts to change their saying to a more politically correct, "ha, ha, ha."
It all started when the recruitment firm Westaff – which has offices both in the United States and Australia – told its Christmas trainees that the "ho, ho, ho" phrase could frighten children and possibly be derogatory to women.
"Westaff has been a provider of quality caring Santas for over 40 years," Westaff's national Santa coordinator Sari Hegarty wrote to stores via e-mail.
"Part of our advice to our Santas is that they should be mindful of children having their first Santa experience. We ask our Santas to try techniques such as lowering their tone of voice and using 'ha, ha, ha' to encourage the children to come forward and meet Santa. We wish you and your family a very merry Christmas."
The directions have prompted some Santa trainees to quit the program.
One told the Daily Telegraph he was taught not to use "ho, ho, ho" because it was too close to the American slang for prostitute.
"Gimme a break," said Julie Gale, head of the campaign against sexualizing children called Kids Free 2B Kids. "We are talking about little kids who do not understand that 'ho, ho, ho' has any other connotation and nor should they. Leave Santa alone."
Dr. Joe Tucci, CEO of the Australian Childhood Foundation, called it the latest example of political correctness gone mad.
"There is no stronger tradition for children than Santa's ho, ho, ho," Tucci said.
At a Myer store, where Westaff also trains the fat men in red suit, Santa could not stop laughing about the suggestion.
"Myer has not directed our Santas to refrain from using 'ho, ho, ho' and believe the expression is an important Christmas tradition," a spokesman for Myer said.
Yes, because when I hear a big fat guy in a red suit scream "HO HO HO" he must be a pimp... oh man, this politically correct BULLSHIT has to stop.
Forgive me...this post may go all over the place, as I am sitting here listening to Bach, and I have to admit, feeling quite relaxed.
I think that's the difference between me now, and me just a mere 3 weeks ago. I have the confidence to relax. I don't feel as though I have to be useful, I can just veg out and people will like me. Just these past couple of weeks have been incredible. All this time, I never focused on the one person I should have looked after these last 26 years, myself. I've noticed that the little things, like my mood, has picked up. I'm a lot more cheerful now, and have a more positive attitude on life.
However, don't get me wrong, I could still walk up to a stranger and blow his or her brains out with glee as well. Speaking of which, are we really this stupid? Are we this fucking blind? We have a war in Iraq that has cost who knows how many lives, we have a media that is outrightly lying to us and trying to make us vote one way or the other, we have an education system that makes most people want to cry, and so on. Why is it that we can't get past the petty differences in our lives?
Some people try to live WELL above their means, yet, they are victims? We are at war with each other, over what? Race? Economics? Religion? Ethics? Come on people. This is what the government wants. They want us fighting each other, so this way, we won't be bringing the fight to them. We need someone who can unite this country, so the true frauds can be brought down.
Do you really think that Hillary Clinton is that much different then Bush? How many of you are actually stupid enough to believe that Democrats and Republicans have different ideals? If so, there is a wood chipper I would like for you to get into. The truth is, they are the same bullshit, they just word their bullshit differently.
Since when does everything have to be politically motivated? I'm sure if a Republican came out and said "we could save 60 billion by reforming welfare" some Democrat would call that politically motivated. Look,I'm sure when that committee met and said that by 2015 Iraq woul cost us around 30 Trillion, they aren't really that far off. We have been there for over 4 years, and we are nearing the 10 billion mark now. For what? Some kitty litter on top of millions of gallons of oil? I'm sure that if Darfur had as much oil as Iraq, that shit would have stopped years ago.
I think I went backwards, when I was younger, I was much, MUCH more conservative. Yes, you could still consider me a conservative, but since I don't drink the Kool-Aid that Pat Robertson gives out made of Jerry Falwell's dead bloated carcass, and I don't drop to my knees to blow Bush every time he has a boner, I'm sure Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter would call me a liberal. You know what, that's fine by me. If the rules of being a conservative these days means you have to be a hypocritical Bible banger that doesn't like any other religion other than Christianity, then so be it. I'll be a liberal in that sense. It's disgusting to watch Republicans every year...and to an extent the Democrats too...all I see is who can bang the Bible harder, or who can lie the best. That's all we have any more in Washington, the best liar wins.
The sick part about everything is this epidemic of military personnel who come home, most of them from a tour or 18 in Iraq, and they kill themselves. What does Bush do about it? NOTHING. Get used to it, folks. You know why a lot of them go home and kill themselves? They see unspeakable horror. They see things that NO human should ever be allowed to see or do. Yet, Bush never cared, he never thought for one second what the price would be. Now, we have more broken homes then ever, we have more lives destroyed, we have uncountable sorrow in this country. For what, Mr. President? So we can keep oil under $100 a barrel, while more and more families lose jobs to overseas?
It has been time for a change...it is way past due.
Now, I must off to the chamber for a blissful night's slumber. Fare thee well.....
Yes, there was a "day of prayer" in Georgia yesterday. Sure, it was a politically motivated stunt, because Georgia Governor Sunny Perdue has been mentioned as a possible candidate for Vice President. Yes, there was a public press conference that included prayer. However, the most shocking thing yesterday was the fact that people were protesting.
Yes, I am Satanic. Yes, I read the teachings of LaVey. However, what happened to respecting other people's religious beliefs? Tell me where that violated the Church/State clause in the Constitution. Did Gov. Perdue threaten you with jail time if you didn't pray? The answer is no. The proclamation is purely ceremonial.
Sure, I thought Gov. Perdue was a tool for what he did. I thought it was pretty stupid. However, it didn't offend me. Although, the atheists do make a great point. Yet, we non-Christians should rejoice in this display of jackassery yesterday. This shows that even the "holiest among thou" can't even follow the book they so cherish.
Matthew 6: 5-6
And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.6But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
This is why it didn't offend me at all. The beloved governor can't even follow the Bible. To my fellow non-Christians...on this case, back the fuck off. Let them hang themselves.
